Playback shortcuts
ReturnPlay the selected song immediately
Optn-Right Arrow or Left ArrowListen to the next or previous album in a list (or Option-click the Skip Forward or Skip Backward controls in the upper-left corner of the iTunes window)
Cmnd-Left Arrow or Right ArrowRewind or fast-forward to the next song in a list (or click the Skip Forward or Skip Backward controls in the upper-left corner of the iTunes window)
 
Library and playlist shortcuts
Shft-click the Add (+) buttonCreate a playlist from a selection of songs (You can also drag the songs to the white area of the Source list.)
Optn-click the Add (+) buttonCreate a new Smart Playlist
Optn-click the Shuffle buttonReshuffle the current playlist
Cmnd-DeleteDelete the selected playlist from your Source list without confirming that you want to delete it
Optn-DeleteDelete the selected playlist and all the songs it contains from your library
Optn-DeleteDelete the selected song from your library and all playlists
