Moving around
Up arrow	Move to the previous item in the Inbox or contacts list
Down arrow	Move to the next item in the Inbox or contacts list
CTRL+]	Move to the next folder
CTRL+[	Move to the previous folder
To select and delete messages:
Click first item, and then SHFT+click last item	Select multiple adjacent items
CTRL+click	Select multiple non-adjacent items
DEL	Delete selected items
